Sacha Alexander Zackariya (CEO)
Sacha Zackariya (CEO)

Sacha Zackariya was appointed CEO in July 2008.
As one of the founders of the family business, he
was initially involved with new business development
before formally joining the group in 1995. Since then,
he has lived and worked in many of the Group’s
countries establishing new operations. Sacha started
his FX career at the age of 17 working in New York,
Paris and London, before winning a scholarship
from Motorola and joining Invensys plc, working for
Boeing and Airbus. He is a Certified (Chartered)
Industrial Engineer, holds a Post Graduate Diploma
in Financial Economics and an MBA from INSEAD
-WHARTON Business School. He founded the Tree
Foundation in 1996, a charity, which has helped
thousands of children in the developing world.   

Bette Zackariya (Group Director)
Bette Zackariya (Group Director)

Bette Zackariya holds the position of Group and
Property Director. Bette co-founded ChangeGroup
in 1992 and oversaw the expansion and day to
day running of the Group throughout the early
years and has a passionate hands on approach to
Foreign Exchange, customer service and fashion
accessories. In addition to her background in
cosmetics and the hotel industry, she holds a
diploma in Human Resources, and has lived and
worked in Singapore, The Netherlands, Belgium,
Canada and the UK. She now specialises in group
strategic development, personnel development,
and the research, design and refurbishment of new

Dawn Wilding (CFO)
Dawn Wilding (CFO)

Dawn Wilding was appointed Chief Financial Officer in
June 2018, when she returned back to the UK, having
spent the last 17 years based in The Netherlands.  She
joined ChangeGroup from HMSHost International, a
division of Autogrill SpA, the world leader in airport
hospitality, where she had been for 10 years.  As CFO for
HMSHost International she was responsible for all aspects
of Finance, and as a business partner to the CEO, helped
grow the business from a turnover of €75m to over €500m.
Previous to her position as CFO she was Vice President
EMEA, responsible for all aspects of the division and a
workforce of over 2,500.  Prior to joining HMSHost, Dawn
was at Burger King in the UK and NL for 8 years, covering
various roles including Business Development and FP&A
before heading up the business in the Netherlands. Dawn
started her career in Diageo, the world leading drinks
company, where she studied to become a Chartered
Management Accountant whilst progressing her career
through different roles, including 3 years travelling the
world as an Internal Auditor

Paul Meehan (Director Operational Performance)
Paul Meehan (Director Operational Performance)

Paul Meehan is the Board Director of ATMs at
ChangeGroup. He started his career in Foreign
Exchange with Eurochange and then joined the
Brown and Shipley Merchant Bank in London
before moving to Copenhagen in 1992 where he
joined ChangeGroup’s retail FX operation. Paul was
promoted to Scandinavian Manager in 1994 and
became responsible for FX operations in Finland
and Denmark. In 1995, he moved back to London
to oversee the Group’s global operations. Paul led
the project for the Group to gain IIP status in 1998
and was instrumental in developing its IT systems
globally. Paul has also led the Performance Team
for a number of years before developing the ATM

Norbert Lill (MD Austria & Germany)
Norbert Lill (MD Austria, France & Germany)
Norbert studied business administration and finance at Business University, Vienna, Austria. He worked for 40 years with leading commercial banks in Vienna in the fields of international lending and business financing, travelling across Europe and the Middle East. He was responsible for key relationship management and held diverse range of Senior Management positions. He joined ChangeGroup in 2004 and handles a wide range of operational, banking and legal matters.

Chris Mason (Company Secretary)
Chris Mason
Chris is the Group’s Company Secretary and is a Chartered Accountant with a practice in Central London. He previously worked for Coopers & Lybrand, now PWC. Appointed to the Group in 2002, Chris works with the Directors, advising them on taxation and related matters.

Gary Parekh (Advisor to the Board)
Gary Parekh
Gary Parekh is Director, Tax & Legal, and acts as adviser to the Board and senior management on tax, legal and  financial matters. Gary is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and has specialised as Tax and Business Adviser. Before ChangeGroup, he was a tax partner with Arthur Andersen and senior member of the Global Tax Group of Andersen Worldwide advising on all aspects of tax and business affairs of clients ranging from family businesses to multinational companies.

Bernard Tan (Director Australia)
Bernard Tan

A leading property lawyer with over 20 years experience. He is now the principle at Key Point Law in Sydney, Australia. Bernard has been instrumental in helping ChangeGroup to develop and supports the local management team in Australia.






Peter Sire (Board Director Spain)
Peter Sire

Peter is from an Anglo-Spanish background and has joined the Board of ChangeGroup Spain following a career spanning 25 years as international Corporate Development consultant specialising in Spain, including the expansion of Chequepoint International's Foreign Exchange operations in the Spanish market.  Prior to that he worked in the commercial and investment banking as Iberia and Latin American specialist for a number of international banking groups in the City of London.  He holds an MBA degree in Banking and Finance from City University Cass Business School.
